Lasers: up to 45 days after we receive payment.

Other equipment: up to 20 business days after we receive payment.

240 MXN (about 13 USD). Delivery takes 3 to 15 days.

Rural or hard-to-reach areas may have a different rate. We tell you first and ship once you accept it.

We quote the cost for your destination before shipping. We export via DHL or FedEx.

For reference, DHL estimated 8 days from Tampico to India in November 2026.

You have 30 days from receipt to return the equipment. This applies to all products and all countries.

The equipment is exchanged. Return shipping is paid by the customer, whether the equipment is defective or not.

1 year against manufacturing defects or malfunction.
