Trigger adapter for Ocean HR, SR and ST

For the new Ocean Insight series: trigger over SMB or BNC, and every spectrometer signal on a 16-pin header.

Includes an SMB to BNC converter in case your cable is BNC. The 16-pin flat ribbon header mirrors the spectrometer pins one to one. The trigger must be TTL: the adapter does not shift levels, but it does protect against momentary spikes.
