Micro-spot laser welder
Commissioning in Argentina of a laser welding station and redesign of its control and power electronics.
We started as Bralax’s specialists at the customer’s plant in Argentina: laser power supply repair, mirror alignment and fiber coupling. We then continued directly with the end customer: we redesigned the electronics end to end, shipped them with manuals and supported commissioning remotely.
What we did
- On-site power supply repair, alignment and fiber coupling
- Control board with Bluetooth and touch screen
- IGBT driver, snubber and lamp current sensing
- Isolated supply control module, cables and manuals
