Portable meter tester and phantom load

Field case that checks energy meter accuracy by pulse comparison, plus a 660 W phantom load for the stopwatch test.

The tester takes 1S, 12S and 16S meters, electronic and electromechanical, tests phase by phase to catch bypasses and works with bidirectional meters. Its internal reference was calibrated against a reference standard.

The phantom load plugs into the meter socket and detects whether the service is single or two-phase.
